Return procedure

1. notification of intention to return

If you decide that you would like to return a purchased product, please inform us of this decision by email: sklep@creativ.net.pl or via the contact form on our website. Please include in your application:

  • Order number
  • The name of the product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

2. Preparing the product for return

Once we have received your request, we will send you detailed instructions on the return process. Please return the product in its original packaging, with all accessories and no signs of use.

3. reimbursement of costs

Once we have received the product and confirmed its condition, we will refund the purchase price. This process usually takes up to 14 working days from receipt of the return parcel.

Returns policy

  • You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in unaltered condition with no signs of use.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
