Despite our best efforts, sometimes there may be situations where a product does not meet expectations or has defects. If you encounter such a problem, we are here to help you.

Complaint procedure

1. notification of complaint

If you consider that the product you have received is faulty or not as described, please contact us by email: sklep@creativ.net.pl or via the contact form on our website. Please provide the following information in your application:

  • Order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Pictures of the damaged product (if applicable)

2. assessing complaints

Once we have received your application, our team will carefully review the case and contact you to discuss the next steps. This process usually takes up to 14 working days.

3. solving the problem

If your complaint is found to be valid, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Product repair
  • Replacement with new product
  • Reimbursement of purchase costs

Additional information

  • The claim period is 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • Damage caused by improper use is not included in the claim.
  • The shipping costs associated with the complaint will be covered by our shop, provided the complaint is found to be valid.
