Stinger SGP90200 – 200 A automatic car fuse
Stinger SGP90200 This is a high-current automatic fuse designed to protect electrical systems in cars, particularly complex car audio systems.
The device protects the circuit against the effects of overloads and short circuits. Unlike traditional fuse links, it does not require the fuse element to be replaced after the protection has tripped. Once the cause of the fault has been rectified, the circuit can be manually re-energised.
The built-in disconnect mechanism also allows the power supply to be switched off manually, which is useful during the installation, maintenance and servicing of audio systems.
