Tone generator
The built-in tone generator operates in the frequency range from 13 Hz to 10 000 Hz (rectangular signal) with a constant output level of 5 V (not adjustable).

Voltage measurement
With the MST-1, you can measure DC and AC voltages up to a maximum of 32 V AC/DC.

Harmonic distortion measurement (THD)
Perform a distortion factor measurement using the test signals on the supplied USB flash drive.

Speaker phase tester
Check the correct polarity of speakers and sound systems with the phase test. This test works on the basis of the signals from the attached USB flash drive.

Signal wire continuity tester
Check that your signal wires and connections are in good working order. The resistance should not exceed 10 Ohms.

Measurement of loudspeaker resistance
Measure the resistance (DC) of your speakers with the MST-1.

Display and power supply
The MST-1 is equipped with a backlit colour LCD display and offers a choice of two languages (German, English).
Power is provided by rechargeable lithium batteries with an auto-off function, which can be charged via an optional USB-C power adapter.
